Association Quarterly Assessments (Dues) are to be paid on the following dates:
First Quarter January 1st Second Quarter April 1st Third Quarter July 1st Fourth Quarter October 1st.
Owners that rent their condos are asked to submit the $1.00 per day rental fee at each quarter indicating the fee on the memo line of the check. Contact M2 Management at info@m2mgmt.com for questions regarding your payment or if you need another copy of your invoice. An increase in the quarterly assessments are now in place as of January 1st, 2024 and are now as follows:
$576 for a 1 bedroom condo; $864 for a 1.5 bedroom condo; $1,152 for a 2 bedroom condo; and $1,488 for a 2.5 bedroom condo.
The owners of Sand Beach respectfully want to remind you that Sand Beach Dr. is a private road. Please refrain from entering with your golf carts and gaining access to their beaches.
